I am a brow, facial and body wax enthusiast and I created this space with one goal in mind: to help you feel confident, cared for, and completely yourself. CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens — I totally get it! While I don’t charge a cancellation fee, I kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you’re unable to make your appointment. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable, but they help secure your appointment and ensure your time is reserved. Waxing Eligibility To ensure the safest and highest-quality experience, waxing (including Brazilian waxing) is reserved for clients with healthy, intact skin in the treatment area. Rhealm does not perform waxing on skin affected by active medical or dermatological conditions, irritation, infections, rashes, lesions, open wounds, or any other condition that may make waxing unsafe. Services are provided only when the skin is healthy and suitable for waxing. If you are unsure whether you are a candidate for this service, please contact Rhealm prior to booking. ✨ Reschedule, Late Policy, Deposits ✨ 💰We require deposits for all clients. This deposit will go towards your appointment. Deposits are non refundable. No exceptions. ⏰ Late Policy All Clients have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes we may have to reschedule, or we may not have enough time to complete all services booked. Your deposit will not be lost—it will transfer to another date and time of your choice, ONLY ONCE. Please plan ahead for parking, traffic, restroom visits and locating the building so you arrive on time and ready for your service as, finding parking and locating the building is not an acceptable excuse on being late. 🧑🧑🧒🧒Children are welcome. We just ask that they are well behaved and not disruptive durning your service.  NO FOOD AND DRINKS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE SUITE. 📅 Reschedule Policy If you need to reschedule, your deposit will move with you; only once; as long as proper notice is given. 🔎 Rhealm reserves the right to decline or modify any service if the treatment area presents a condition that could compromise the client's safety, healing, or the quality of the service.
